These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bz777 ("bz777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of bz777.onl. By accessing, registering on, or using the bz777 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1. Acceptance of Terms

bz777 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — will be merged or closed. Any balances held across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. Where duplicate accounts were created to abuse bonus offers, bz777 reserves the right to void all associated winnings without prior notice.

During or after registration, bz777 may require you to submit identity verification documents including a government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other documentation satisfying Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. bz777 may suspend account access and withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been submitted and verified.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bz777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bz777 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You must not share your bz777 account credentials with any third party for any purpose.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: bz777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the bz777 cashier page and are subject to change. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. bz777 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of a third party — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bz777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by the specific Terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotional term and these general Terms, the promotional term shall prevail in respect of that specific offer only.

General conditions applicable to all bz777 bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have not previously held a bz777 account, unless the offer is explicitly designated as available to existing players.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or calculation errors to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using bz777 to launder money or to transfer funds derived from criminal activity.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with bz777's payment providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bz777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, domain name, game interfaces, graphical elements, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of bz777 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bz777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bz777 content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of bz777 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Privacy & Data

12. Amendments

bz777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to users via the registered email address on file or via a prominent notice on the bz777 platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bz777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bz777's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's designated dispute resolution body.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a bz777 complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority as notified by bz777 upon request.
